HOW IS THE PRODUCT MADE?
Each Aerien® creation is a one-of-a-kind, Made in Italy piece, entirely handcrafted using only natural stones and elements, carefully selected to preserve their authenticity and high quality.
WHAT ARE THE PRODUCTION TIMES?
Production times vary depending on the type of product and the availability of the natural materials used. Some items, thanks to a quicker production process or more readily available stones, are ready to ship or can be made in a shorter time. Other pieces require a longer, more careful handcrafted process to ensure the highest quality.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?
Once your order is placed, it may take between 5 to 10 business days for the handcrafted creation to be made and shipped. Shipping within Italy is free, while international orders cost €20 (any customs duties or taxes depend on the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.). Estimated delivery times are: 24–48 hours within Italy (48–72 hours for islands), 2–5 days within Europe, and 2–10 days for the rest of the world.
HOW CAN I REQUEST A RETURN?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be in perfect condition, unused, and kept in its original packaging (including all components). To start the return process, please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy in the footer.
