These General Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.aerien.it, as well as the purchase of products offered by AERIEN®.
By placing an order, the user fully accepts these terms and conditions.
PRODUCTS AND CRAFTSMANSHIP
Every AERIEN® creation is a unique, handmade piece crafted in Italy.
We use exclusively natural stones and elements, carefully selected to preserve their authenticity, energy, and uniqueness. Small variations in shape, color, or size are not defects, but distinctive signs of artisanal work and the natural characteristics of the materials.
Closures and metal details are made of stainless steel or 925 silver, chosen for durability and skin compatibility. Each piece requires time, attention, and artisanal sensitivity, making it unique and irreplaceable.
Prices and Payments
All prices on the website are expressed in Euros (€).
As the business operates under the flat-rate tax scheme, prices are VAT-exempt according to current regulations. Payment can be made using the methods available at checkout (credit card, PayPal, or other options provided on the site).
Shipping
After placing an order, 5–10 business days may be required for production and shipping.
You will receive a first email confirming your purchase and a second email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Returns and Refunds
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
Pursuant to Art. 59, letter c) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.
For handcrafted creations with unique natural materials, each piece is one-of-a-kind and may exhibit slight variations in shape or color. These are not defects, but part of the product’s authenticity and value.
Return Eligibility Conditions
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must:
- be in the same condition as received;
- not have been worn, used or damaged;
- be complete with the original packaging and proof of purchase.

Return procedure
To initiate a return, contact Aerien® within 14 days of receipt at info@aerien.it, specifying your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for the return, including the address to ship the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the risk of loss or damage during return shipment remains with the customer.
REFUND TIMELINE:
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will inform you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase, in accordance with Art. 56 of the Italian Consumer Code.
Processing times may vary depending on the banking institution or payment provider.
Intellectual property
All content on www.aerien.it (texts, images, logos, designs, photos, graphics) is the exclusive property of Aerien® by Beatrice Noto.
Any reproduction or use, in whole or in part, without written consent is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Aerien® is not responsible for delays or failures caused by force majeure, third parties, or the shipping carrier.
We are also not liable for improper or non-compliant use of purchased products.
