You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be in the same condition as when received;
• Not have been worn or used;
• Be kept in its original packaging (including all components);
• Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@aerien.it stating the reason for the return.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a shipping label (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).

Please note that unauthorized returns or items sent without prior communication will not be accepted.
After we receive and inspect the item, we will inform you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
